My realtor has been trying to get an apptmt with you guys to show me a model. I am ready to buy. Don't need financing ready to buy tomorrow and settle in 2 weeks.

Hello,

I would be happy to schedule an appointment with your for a personal tour of the Spire and it's amazing floorplans, views and amenities. Please feel free to contact me directly at jim@deaksellsco.com, or at 303-263-1116. You will be amazed at what this building offers in terms of value.

With the buildings first closings last week, and approximately 140 units more scheduled to close in the next couple of months, this community is one of the fastest selling communities in the country!

What an ugly cold looking building , good luck selling that crap

Is there a reason you are so rude?

Looks like they are posting some good updates at www.spire-denver.com. There is an event that you can sign up for there.

I Can't wait until it is built!!!! It looks so cool!

Looks like sales will begin in March 2009. I will be attending a sneak preview soon and will post some updates to http://www.360dwellingsblog.com.

Cheers,

Ryan

I have been trying to find out information on how to purchase a unit at the Spire and there seems to be no easy way to find a way to contact anyone.

Is there anyone that can help me?

Just curious...

The spire hasen't started selling units yet. Their sales office will open sometime in the first quarter of 2009. I imagine their website will change at this time also.

Although I like the street level rendering of the building. Is there any chance that we will see an air borne version like the one that the Teatro Tower has?
