First Avenue Hotel - Broadway
It's unclear now whether this will have any residential "condo" component or just office space, but the first avenue hotel at first and Broadway is currently underoing renovations.
According to Westword the owner is Jesse Morreale and he will be spending $5 Million on renovations.
