This is a new combination hotel/condo development by the Four Seasons hotel/condo company. Will be luxury condos right by the Denver Center for Performing Arts. If you like shows it would be a great place. It also happens to be in a great downtown location in general.
The amenities page on their website assures they will provide personalized service and thoughtful amenities of a world-class hotel.
Pricing / Value:
"spacious one, two, three and four bedroom designs – priced from approximately $ 895,000 to $7.5 million"
The smallest unit is 964 putting the price per square foot at $928. The shared space and amenities, of course, are not included in that calculation (but neither is the HOA fee).
