Located at 2020 Lawrence where some underused parking lots and buildings are going to be turned into a nice condo tower. On the roof of this 9 story 60 unit condo will be a photovoltaic array which, among other features, should lead to LEED silver certification. Additionally, the building will have 3,000 square feet of retail, parking space both underground and the second story.
They are going with the tagline "Sustainably Built - Attainably Priced" which is quite fitting. Some units will be at market pricing, but others will be affordable with deed restrictions to keep them affordable into the future.

Neighborhood Description:
This neighborhood is on the fringe of downtown. There are lots of great new developments in the area - e.g. the Buenos Aires Grill, Buenos Aires Pizzeria - and yet there are also some homeless shelters that keep the area interesting.
